- Your workload, hard constraints, required capacity, runtime, budget, horizon, or decision lens changes.
- A selected candidate's published compute price, availability evidence, region evidence, or source freshness changes.
- A new current offer satisfies the same hard constraints and could change a cost, assurance, or flexibility winner.
- Any evidence supporting a selected candidate becomes stale, disappears, or is replaced by a materially different official observation.
- Before purchase or provisioning, when live capacity, quota, SLA, support, compliance, topology, or non-compute costs are material to approval.
These are review triggers, not forecasts or live alerts. The current Decision Room does not monitor a saved scenario in the background.
3 · Preserve the evidence
Export a reproducible decision dossier
The dossier records the exact inputs, engine output, catalog timestamp, evidence links, and limitations. Sharing is explicit and remains client-side.
4 · Ask for attributable proof
Generate a neutral provider evidence request
Create one local Markdown pack for one shortlisted provider. It asks for comparable capacity, quote, SLA, security, support, and workload-test evidence without disclosing your budget, ranking, decision reasons, or any other candidate.
- Complete buyer requirements are mandatory; uncertain inputs stay with the buyer.
- One provider per file; no competitor identity, internal rank, calculated cost, or budget.
- Retain the request JSON to review the returned response against the exact original scope and fingerprints.
- Browser-only request and response template; the site never emails, uploads, or transmits either file automatically. The guided response room is local too.

Privacy-preserving handoff: download the JSON dossier, open the Assurance Room, and import it locally. The site does not upload or silently transfer the scenario.
5 · Reconcile returned evidence
Review a provider response without uploading it
Import the retained request JSON and the completed response JSON. The browser checks exact linkage, attribution, freshness, SKU and region scope, commercial completeness, required capacity, and benchmark comparability. Raw response values stay in this tab and are excluded from telemetry.

This reconciliation measures completeness and comparability. It does not verify the respondent’s identity, certify a claim, resolve an Assurance gate, approve a provider, or authorize a purchase. Fingerprints are integrity checks, not digital signatures. The handoff stages proposals; Assurance applies none until explicit buyer acceptance.
