Local-only procurement workspace

Turn workload constraints into an auditable GPU shortlist

Define what the workload must have, choose the evidence standard you can accept, and compare only qualifying offers. The Decision Room explains uncertainty and exclusions instead of turning the lowest visible rate into an automatic recommendation.

  • Deterministic and fail-closed
  • No account, cookie, or server-side scenario storage
  • Source links and explicit unknowns in every dossier

Your inputs stay in this browser

Workload and budget values are never included in telemetry. Share links use the URL fragment after#, which is not sent in the HTTP request. Export only when you choose to create a local file.

1 · Decision constraints

Define the minimum acceptable option

Zero means “not required” for optional resource minimums. Blank budget means no budget ceiling.

Workload and accelerator
Host resources

When a minimum is greater than zero, offers without evidence for that resource are excluded rather than treated as meeting it.

Placement and evidence
Accepted purchase models
Spot is never treated as equivalent to non-interruptible capacity.
Economics and decision lens
Workload evidence brief · does not change ranking

Optional structured requirements turn unknowns into buyer questions and provider evidence requests. They are included only in local dossier exports, never in the share link or telemetry, and never used to claim performance, compliance, capacity, or fit without matching evidence.

Resilience and topology

Governance and operating envelope

Required compliance
These labels create due-diligence questions; they never assert that a provider or service is compliant.

5 · Reconcile returned evidence

Review a provider response without uploading it

Import the retained request JSON and the completed response JSON. The browser checks exact linkage, attribution, freshness, SKU and region scope, commercial completeness, required capacity, and benchmark comparability. Raw response values stay in this tab and are excluded from telemetry.

  • Maximum 512 KiB per JSON file
  • Review files are never sent or stored by this feature
  • “Ready” means ready for human buyer review, never approved

Choose both local JSON files. Nothing is read until you start the review.
