This page does not upload the request, response values, evidence URLs, commercial terms or benchmark data; it does not place them in the page URL or browser storage. The exported file may still be commercially sensitive, so share it through your own approved channel and access controls.
Do not enter names, email addresses, phone numbers, buyer datasets, prompts, secrets or personal identifiers. Select “authorized provider response” only when your organization role is entitled to make the response.

Accepted schema: saas-sentinel/provider-evidence-request/v1. Maximum file size: 512 KiB. A Markdown RFI or response template alone is not sufficient because the exact request fingerprint must be retained.

These are contract errors, not a hidden quality score. Fields left explicitly unknown remain valid.

The output stays linked to the original request, decision, requirements and candidate fingerprints. It contains no digital signature and never resolves a buyer gate automatically.
What this tool deliberately does not do

A structurally complete file is only ready for buyer review. It is not certified, approved or selected.
No hidden transmission
The page never emails the response, calls a provider API or sends response values to product analytics.
No invented certainty
Unknown, unavailable and not confirmed remain first-class outcomes instead of being converted into optimistic claims.
