Founding pilot · independent decision assurance

Challenge the GPU decision before the contract makes it expensive

Turn one redacted Decision Room dossier and your current shortlist into an evidence-audited decision memo, explicit risk register and provider question pack. Rankings stay independent of referrals and commercial relationships.

  • One fixed pilot fee
  • No checkout or subscription
  • No provider sharing without a separate explicit consent

Commercial boundary

Buyer-funded review, never a paid ranking

The fee pays for evidence review and decision challenge. It cannot improve a provider's position. Any future referral or introduction is disclosed separately and requires a new, provider-specific consent.

What the pilot covers

A decision package that engineering, finance and procurement can challenge together

One review covers a single decision, one redacted workload scenario and up to three candidate providers or quotes.

01 · Evidence audit

Source and freshness register

Prices, capacity evidence, timestamps, unknowns and evidence that must be revalidated before commitment.

02 · Decision challenge

Cost, fit and downside cases

Whole-node compute boundary, missing TCO items, excluded alternatives and failure conditions that could reverse the recommendation.

03 · Procurement pack

Questions and sign-off memo

A concise provider question list, risk register and decision memo suitable for internal review.

04 · Readout

One review conversation

A focused readout and one consolidated clarification round. Scheduling is agreed when the case is accepted.

Acceptance process

No surprise invoice and no opaque hand-off

  1. Build the request locally. Importing a dossier does not upload it.
  2. Choose what to send. The generated email includes controlled fields and, only if selected, a redacted dossier summary.
  3. Receive a written scope. Fit, exclusions, delivery date and payment method are confirmed before any payment.
  4. Start only after acceptance. A request is an enquiry, not a purchase or contract.

Private request builder

Create the smallest useful brief

This form runs in your browser. It does not submit to SaaS Sentinel. The final action opens a draft in your email application, where you can inspect, edit or discard it before sending.

Do include: decision stage, broad deadline, goals, public evidence gaps and a redacted dossier fingerprint.

Do not include: credentials, private contract text, customer names, proprietary dataset contents or unreleased architecture.

Review goals Choose one to three

The goals determine the review emphasis; they do not alter the underlying provider ranking.

Optional Decision Room dossier

Import happens locally. Only a redacted fingerprint, catalog date, candidate labels and uncertainty count can be included.

Nothing has been sent.

Explicit exclusions

What €750 does not quietly expand into

Not legal or security certification

The review flags evidence gaps; it does not replace counsel, a DPA review, penetration testing or a formal compliance audit.

Not implementation

Provisioning, migration, deployment, model optimization and ongoing cloud operations are outside this pilot.

Not guaranteed capacity

Published availability is evidence, not a reservation. The buyer must confirm quota and allocatable capacity with the provider.

Not provider representation

SaaS Sentinel does not negotiate or sign on behalf of either party in this pilot.
