Isolation
One broken source does not stop healthy providers from refreshing or overwrite them with missing values.
Quarantine
Anomalous, unparseable or repeatedly failing sources are retained for diagnosis and excluded from claims of freshness.
Rights suspension
When provider terms block automation, Guardian stops before the request, records a policy state with zero technical failures and excludes retained rows from current decisions.
Evidence
Every comparable offer keeps its source URL, observation time, normalization method and confidence score.
