Public tools provide source-linked estimates and decision support. A paid review starts only after a separate written scope is accepted; neither a page output nor an enquiry is a provider quote or purchasing approval.
Independent review pilot
The published €750 pilot fee covers only the stated pilot boundary. Submitting or emailing a request creates no engagement, payment obligation, reservation or guarantee of acceptance. Scope, exclusions, delivery date, payment method and any applicable taxes are confirmed in writing before work begins.
The review challenges published evidence and buyer-supplied assumptions. It is not legal advice, a security or compliance certification, an implementation service, a capacity reservation or authority to purchase on the buyer's behalf.
A review request does not authorize SaaS Sentinel to share the scenario, contact details or dossier with a provider. Any introduction requires a separate, explicit and provider-specific consent.
Any sample review is explicitly labelled and uses a fictional workload with cited public evidence. It is not a testimonial, customer result, current recommendation, provider endorsement or guarantee that a real review will reach the same disposition.
The public site does not yet publish the complete statutory supplier identity, service address or tax-registration details needed for a paid engagement. Do not accept, start or pay for a review until the written scope supplies the verified contracting party, address, price and tax treatment, delivery terms and other required contract information.
Use
Calculator outputs are based on published hourly rates and the usage values entered on the page. Actual invoices can differ.
Assurance Room statuses, risk severity, candidate preference, and buyer sign-off fields are generated from the imported decision and the evidence states you provide. They do not constitute legal, tax, security, accounting or procurement advice; sign a contract; authorize spend; reserve capacity; or bind a provider.
Decision Monitor outcomes are generated from the imported dated dossiers, the current published catalog, and thresholds you choose. Evidence carry-forward does not prove that a private quote, contract, benchmark, estimate, or approval remains valid. The tool recommends routing actions but does not claim to send email, Slack, tickets, or any other notification.
Assurance inputs and exports can contain confidential quotes, contract references, estimates and internal approvals. You are responsible for having authority to use them, keeping them under appropriate access controls, verifying them, and redacting downloaded files before sharing.
Provider pricing, availability, credits, discounts, taxes, support, and service terms are controlled by the provider, not this site.
Where an official provider price is published in EUR, SaaS Sentinel may calculate a USD comparison value using a cited European Central Bank reference rate. The native price, rate date and calculation evidence remain disclosed. The result is not a transaction, settlement or invoice rate. ECB reference-rate data is available free of charge from the European Central Bank.
Affiliate or referral compensation, relationship status, and program approval never affect technical eligibility, ranking, exclusions, confidence, or the decision fingerprint.
The SaaS Sentinel data license covers the site's original selection, normalization, calculations and presentation. It does not sublicense provider materials or authorize automated extraction, bulk redistribution, dataset mirroring or paid resale of provider-derived fields.
A GPU model can be listed on a pricing page but unavailable in a specific region, account, or capacity market.
