Local-only decision control

Know when a GPU procurement decision is no longer safe to rely on

Replay a signed-off shortlist against the current published catalog. Detect meaningful changes in price, availability, shortlist membership, evidence coverage, quote expiry, and fully loaded preference—then reopen only the review that the evidence requires.

  • Buyer-controlled materiality
  • Fail-closed evidence carry-forward
  • No account, upload, background task, or false delivery receipt

Validated control loop

Reproduce, compare, challenge, route

The monitor does not merely compare timestamps. It reruns the decision and assurance contracts before classifying change.

  1. 1Validate

Recompute the prior assurance fingerprint from its typed evidence register.

  2. 2Replay

Run the exact source inputs against the current normalized catalog.

  3. 3Compare

Evaluate placement, conservative compute, availability, TCO, quote, and evidence changes.

  4. 4Invalidate safely

Carry evidence only across a stable placement identity and reset approvals after material events.

  5. 5Route

Produce an alert recommendation and updated local dossiers; no message is claimed sent.

Confidentiality boundary

Private dossiers remain in this tab

The two selected JSON files are read locally. Their inputs, costs, references, risks, and approvals are not uploaded, stored, placed in the URL, or sent to analytics. The monitor itself requests only the public current catalog at /data/gpu-prices.json; standard page telemetry separately records the public route, page type and slug without dossier values. Exports can contain commercial evidence: redact before sharing.

Decision revalidation workspace

Import the dated decision record

Maximum 2 MB per file. The assurance dossier must match the source decision fingerprint and evidence register exactly.

1 · Local source dossiers

Decision missing · Assurance missing. Files remain in this tab.

2 · Current public evidence
Normalized GPU catalog

Waiting to load the current public catalog…

3 · Buyer materiality policy

A compute change is material when its absolute USD threshold is crossed, or when both percentage and minimum-dollar rules are crossed.

Import both dated dossiers to begin.

Operational boundary

What is automated—and what remains deliberately human

Automated here

  • Prior dossier and evidence integrity validation
  • Current deterministic shortlist replay
  • Cost, availability, membership, quote, risk, and TCO comparison
  • Evidence carry-forward and sign-off reset rules
  • Alert recommendation and updated local dossier export

Not claimed

  • Background scheduling, durable private storage, email, Slack, or ticket delivery
  • Automatic proof that private quotes or contracts remain valid
  • Capacity reservation, purchasing, payment, or contract acceptance
  • Guaranteed performance, savings, availability, or complete market coverage
  • Legal, security, tax, accounting, or procurement authorization
